"Golden Era of Fly Fishing" Exhibit on Display at Dunsmuir Museum

A great article about the legacy of legendary Upper Sacramento River fly fishing guide, Ted Fay, was featured in the San Francisco Chronicle; check out the article here. The article mentions that the River Exchange's "The Golden Era of Fly Fishing" exhibit is on display at the Dunsmuir Museum, located at the Amtrak Railroad Depot, at 5750 Sacramento Avenue in Dunsmuir, CA.

The exhibit was created in 1999, with funding from the James Irvine Foundation and the California Council of the Humanities, and with valuable assistance from Craig Ballenger. This exhibit recalls a vanished era between 1850 and 1946 when the Upper Sacramento canyon's fishery and scenery were celebrated by the American press.

Stop in at the Dunsmuir Museum and check out all of the historic displays...and tell them the River Exchange sent you!
